The latest project of "world class clarinetist" Christian Dawid is an all-star powerhouse trio, collecting musical gems on a journey from Eastern Europe to the Middle East.

Acoustic, hand-picked, highly energetic, sometimes mystic and often utterly danceable.

The refreshing sounds of TRIO YAS draw from the rich musical backgrounds of its far-travelled members, in Jewish, Greco-Turk, Arabic and a wealth of other music styles.

With long-time musical companion Sanne Möricke and sought-after percussionist Guy Schalom, Dawid has formed one of the most exciting new ensembles in Jewish music and way beyond.
